Faced with the sudden epidemic, masks once became badly-needed medical supply. Long Chuan, a deputy to the Zhongshan Municipal People's Congress and manager of the New Mechanical Products Department of South District's OMS Machinery Co Ltd, has been busy in this "invisible battlefield" since Chinese New Year's Eve, using the professional skills of equipment manufacturing to develop mask production equipment and contributed his own efforts in the production of epidemic prevention materials.

Recently, he developed an automatic mask production machine to overcome technical problems associated with the shortage of masks. The fastest production speed of this equipment can reach 100 pieces/minute, which is 66% quicker than that of convention equipment. On March 5, Long Chuan sent the equipment to mask manufacturers and put it into use as quickly as possible.

As of March 16, this new product has been favored by more than 10 mask manufacturers, and 35 new automatic mask production machines have been successfully debugged.
