The "How to Build High Performance Teams for Start-up" free entrepreneurship advice was broadcast live to Macao, Zhongshan, Japan, Southeast Asia and Portuguese-speaking regions through the online platform a few days ago.

On the same day, the entrepreneurship mentors shared advice on necessary elements of an entrepreneurial team, the ways to build a core team, and elements of a high-performance team with a vast audience online.

"We will hold one or two such livestreams every month to actively coordinate the industrial resources of Macao and Zhongshan, and encourage Macao youth to start businesses in Zhongshan," said Li Jinxiang, head of the PFM Torch Innovation Park.

As one of the organizers, PFM Torch Innovation Park is one of the first three Guangdong-Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship bases that are recognized by the governments of Guangdong and Macao. It will be built into the youth innovation and entrepreneurship base in the mainland with obvious Macao features.

The PFM Torch Innovation Park, built in Zhongshan's Torch Development Zone, covers an area of nearly 18,000 square meters and is equipped with various types of conference venues that can house any meeting size, from dozens to 1,200 people. The park also features theme exhibition halls, apartments for talented entrepreneurs, coffee shops, bookstores and other facilities.
