In the conference room of Guangdong Panda Sports Culture Industry Co Ltd in Dongsheng Town, the cabinet in one corner of the room is filled with panda-themed hats, canvas bags, clothing and other products.

Feng Jiaxing, the company's planning director and president of Zhongshan Youth Association of Overseas Chinese Businessmen, is a Xiaolan native who has studied in Macao and Canada. After graduation, he resolutely returned to his hometown. "Zhongshan has many unique and inclusive brands, but few of them can be remembered by others. I am majoring in advertising, so I hope to use my professional skills to build a famous brand for my hometown. "

Born in Macao in 1984, Feng went to Canada to study at the age of 15. He said that although he grew up under the influence of foreign cultures, he still had a clear goal of acquiring skills and eventually returning to his hometown to contribute in its development.

After repeated attempts, Feng set a goal to promote baseball.

The "Zhongshan Baseball Town of China" project was included in the top list of sport and leisure characteristic town pilot programs in 2017. "After Liang Fuchu, the father of Chinese baseball, created the Pandas baseball team, the element of the 'Panda' was applied to daily design," said Feng. "In addition to the baseball town name, Zhongshan also has other famous IPs such as the Zhongshan Lion Dance. I hope that I can gradually build them up and create my own brand, which is the way forward in development."
