The Sart Light Overseas Doctors Panel, an activity of the Zhongshan 2021 Top Talent Networking Fair, was held in Zhongshan on the afternoon of March 31. More than 100 people attended the panel, including returned overseas students, Zhongshan students studying abroad and their parents, and key members of the Zhongshan Association of Returned Overseas Students.

At the activity, doctors shared their study abroad experience and how they returned home to innovate and start businesses. Poon Hung-fai, CEO of QuaCell Biotechnology Co Ltd, boasted about Zhongshan's unique regional advantages in the Greater Bay Area. He said in recent years, Zhongshan has strengthened efforts to attract experts and created a good atmosphere for talent. He shared his confidence that Zhongshan could attract more and more outstanding people to further help the city develop.

Zhongshan's talent policies in terms of housing purchase guarantees, education of children, medical insurance and more were also introduced at the activity.

As one of the organizers, the Zhongshan Association of Returned Overseas Students launched a series of interviews with overseas doctors called "Doctor's Tour" at the activity.
