On the same day, the 135th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) opened in Guangzhou. Multiple brands from Zhongshan's Fusha Town are taking part in the event, and Weili was the most popular one at the exhibition area.

Founded in 1980, Weili (formerly the Weili washing machine factory) is a modern enterprise specialized in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of household electrical products, including washing machines, microwave ovens and refrigeration appliances.

This Canton Fair, Weili is showcasing more than 100 new models of microwave ovens, washing machines and refrigeration appliances. Most of the merchants visiting Weili's booth are from Central and Eastern Africa and such countries as Russia, said Li Haofan, deputy international marketing chief of Weili.

Government officials of Fusha Town visited exhibiting enterprises and organized symposiums to help enterprises getting more orders. Five enterprises based in Fusha and two international buyers were invited to participate in the symposiums.
