The "Splendid China and Greater Bay Area" 2020 China (Zhongshan) Flowers and Trees Trade Fair is scheduled to be held at Henglan Flowers and Trees Base from October 29 to November 1. The event will be held in Zhongshan in the future as well.

In addition to the opening ceremony, this Flowers and Trees Trade Fair has 15 activities, including a keynote speech on "Research on the Development Trend of the Flowers and Trees Industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", a horticulture skills contest, and etc. Four major exhibitions areas, including a special exhibition area, theme exhibition area, special decoration exhibition area, and achievement showcase exhibition area will be set up. Besides, there will be a series of activities such as the Zhongshan Specialty Food Festival, the Xijiang River Happy Run, the "Zhongshan Night" Art Show, a stamp design competition, and more.

At present, the event has received more than 100 applications for participation and attracted nearly 1 billion yuan in procurement contracts, which are expected to reach 2 billion yuan in the end. Sales are 10 times more than last year. It is expected that the four-day event will attract more than 30,000 visitors.
