The Torch Development Zone Human Resources Service Industrial Park has recently opened, and the East District Human Resources Service Industrial Park is currently under construction. In order to further improve supporting services for the construction of HR service parks, Zhongshan officially released the "Regulations on Support Funds for Human Resources Service Industrial Parks".

The regulations propose that any human resources service park identified as a municipal-level park will be subsidized according to the standard of 500 yuan per square meter for the construction, renovation, and decoration of the facility, and the maximum subsidized area shall not exceed 15,000 square meters. The subsidies for the opening of the park can reach up to 7.5 million yuan.

In terms of operating, rewards and  subsidies of no more than 200,000 and 100,000 yuan will be given to those rated as a national and provincial "Demonstration Human Resources Service Unit".

Human resources service organizations newly settled in industrial parks will be subsidized according to their local contributions in that year within the following 5 years. After the 5-year incubation period, a one-time reward will be given following expert evaluation.

The regulation also proposes other types of support funds.
