A meeting was held on December 14 at Jiuzhouji Community in Xiaolan Town, and 84 community shareholders agreed on the Guangcheng Road Industrial Park reconstruction project on behalf of all residents.

Guangcheng Road Industrial Park is the first village-level industrial park renovation project in Xiaolan Town. It covers an area of 68 mu, and the 30,000-square-meter low-rise zinc-iron hangar will be transformed into a 120,000-square-meter modern factory, with 180 million yuan in funding.

The demolition of the old factory will begin later this month and the project will be completed in May 2023. Upon completion, the annual rental income from this land is expected to quadruple.
