On March 29, the Zhongshan Public Resource Trading Center and Foshan Public Resource Trading Center signed a framework agreement on remote bidding evaluation cooperation. They will share the bidding evaluation expert database and credit data resources and establish a daily communication mechanism.

Remote bidding evaluation can help appropriately distribute experts' resources in different places. Thus, experts do not need to travel across regions when evaluating projects in other places, which further reduces the cost of bidding. The review by experts in different places also effectively avoids the pandemic-related risks of gathering people from different regions, and helps to create a more fair, open and safe trading environment for public resources.

As of now, the Zhongshan Public Resource Trading Center has signed framework agreements on remote bidding evaluation with 12 cities in Guangdong Province, and carried out several pilot projects.
