The Gusheng Environmental Home Furnishing Industrial Park, which is the first environmental common industrial park for the smart home industry, broke ground in Gangkou Town on January 18.

It is expected to start inviting investment from the globe in 2025, aiming to build a shared economy platform of collective pollution control for enterprises in the home furnishing and upstream and downstream industries as well as to form an industrial cluster for joint development.

The 33-mu second phase project of Gusheng Environmental Home Furnishing Industrial Park is built for the smart home, smart household appliances, hardware manufacturing and other industries. With a planned investment of 200 million yuan, its construction area will increase from the original 5,500 square meters to 90,000 square meters. Upon completion, it is projected to achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan and annual tax revenue of 15 million yuan, both 50 times higher than before.
