The 8th East Asian Cup Women's Softball Championship 2019 sponsored by Chinese Softball Association and co-organized by Dongsheng Town People's Government, Zhongshan Baseball and Softball Association and Guangdong Panda Sports Culture Industry Co Ltd kicked off on June 13 in Dongsheng, the "Zhongshan International Baseball Small Town".

A total of 5 professional softball teams from East Asia participated in the three-and-a-half-day competition.

This year's competition will be the last "East Asian Cup" Women's Softball Championship.
