On the morning of March 6, ten thousand women paid tribute to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and simultaneously commemorate the 111th International Women's Day at the South District Party and Mass Service Center, the main venue, and 313 Party and mass service centers across Zhongshan.

During the activity, 1 national Women's Trendsetter, 2 national Women's Role-Models, 5 national Woman's Organizations, 5 provincial Women's Trendsetters, 2 provincial Women's Trendsetting Work Units, 7 provincial Woman's Organizations and 40 municipal Woman's Organizations were commended.

City leaders who attended the activity presented certificates and medals to the award-winning individuals and organizations, and presented the Zhongshan women's legal publicity group composed of female judges, prosecutors, police officers and lawyers with a team flag.

The Zhongshan Cultural Festival for the Protection of Women and Children's Rights was launched on the same day. Activities including public family camps for learning and using the Civil Code will be carried out.
