The 1st Guangdong Salty-water Song Festival cum The Awarding Ceremony of the “Guangong Salty-water Song Lyrics Competition”, which marked the end of the festival, was held on the night of January 28 in Tanzhou. The good lyrics works were performed during the ceremony.

The 1st Guangdong Salty-water Song Festival started in August 2017. It consisted of lyrics competition, songs and lyrics collection as well as music composition and production, obtained good artistic achievements and caused social impact.

Lyricists across the country eagerly responded to the Guangong Salty-water Song Lyrics Competition, the highlight of the festival, and submitted nearly 300 works. The music works were re-composed and toured in Dongsheng, Minzhong, Torch Zone by the competition organizer.
