The China Red Cross Society Zhongshan Branch on January 7 held a working conference, where it announced that the 2022 Zhongshan Charity Parade, with theme of  "Gathering Charity Strength, Building a Love City",  will be held online on February 15 due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

From now on till February 15, the event headquarters will organize a series of theme activities, including filming a documentary, publishing a book, holding an evening party online, organizing the online parade, and launching a series of reports. Such events as the "Red Cross Family Charity", the lighting ceremony appreciating all parts of society and celebration activities and parades will also be held to encourage fund raising from Chinese people at home and abroad.

On February 15, the organizers will launch an online charity parade, where people can play games and make donations with Wechat, to increase engagement, communication capability and popularity of this brand event of Zhongshan.
