On August 21st, the Loan Authorization Service Hall of the Housing Provident Fund Management Center (HPFMC), which is located on the 9th floor of Touzi Tower on Xingzhong Avenue, started to provide services. Citizens are allowed to deal with services including authorization, application, loan limit checks and bank authorization of the housing provident fund, and will no longer need to run from banks to the Service Hall back and forth. 

According to staff in the center, the Loan Authorization Service Hall offers one-stop service. In the Service Hall, "preparation materials are only carried within this building", ranging from "personal loan eligibility checks" to "loan granting". Citizens can reduce their time spent on the road. 

Currently, 15 banks, including China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank, Bank of Communications and Agricultural Bank of China, have established service counters for housing provident fund services in the hall to offer loan authorization services on-spot to the applicants.
