The central city will add 33 public bicycle sites, including 15 in Shiqi District, 10 in West District, 4 in East District and 4 in South District. Staff from Zhongshan Public Bicycle Company Limited introduces that “QRcode scanning borrow and return function” will be also added to the public bicycle system.

The 33 new public bicycle sites will be mainly distributed in newly building areas in central city, such as the north side of the Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the areas around the Yanzhou Police Station. There will public bicycle site added in area around Fitness Square in South District.

Reportedly, public bicycle service system first appeared in central city in 2011. After six years’ time, there have been 649 public bicycle sites and 13080 public bicycles in service in the whole city.
