It is learned from Zhongshan Provident Fund Center that starting from November 20, low-income employees who receive basic cost of living allowances are allowed to withdraw provident fund in full for every three months, with at least 100 yuan balance in account.

According to the staff from Zhongshan Provident Fund Center, this move aims to complete the withdrawal policy of provident fund and relieve living stress for low-income group.
