The Shenzhen-Zhongshan water bus service, which was operational in Spring Festival transport for the first time, was favored by tourists from both Shenzhen and Zhongshan.

According to Zhongshan-Hong Kong Passenger Shipping Co-op Co Ltd, during the Spring Festival holiday this year, the company open 8 water bus service per day, 4 extra compared with ordinary days, to transport about 360 tourists daily. The passenger volume peak appeared on the 4th day of Chinese New Year and reached 498 person-time.

The ticket price of water bus service in the holiday was the same as ordinary days. Most of the passengers were travelling to Shenzhen from Zhongshan in order to keep away from the traffic jam on Humen Bridge.
