From March 1 on, Zhongshan adopts new government guided-price fee standard and regulations for notary services. Under the new standard, different service items will be charged different prices, and some service fees have been reduced. In addition, the “allograph fee” has been canceled.

The most concerning notary service items such as “Contract and agreement certification”, “Certification of property inheritance, donation and bequeath acceptance” have been reduced charges by 0.5% at most.
