Construction sites in Zhongshan must be managed by real-name system soon.

According to Zhongshan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, “The Administrative Measures for Real-name System of Personnel at Construction Sites of Zhongshan City” will be implemented from May 1, 2018. At construction sites of projects with building areas of more than 20,000 square meters or construction costs over 30 million yuan, real-name system should be used with face recognition means. Other construction projects can adopt real-name system management using identity cards or fingerprint recognition.

Zhongshan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau will establish the “Zhongshan Real-Name Management System for Construction Personnel” to manage the real-name information of construction staffs and workers.
