The Q1 Congestion Index Ranking of 100 Cities produced by Amap.com was released on April 19. Zhongshan ranked 80th , dropping 16 places from Q4 of 2017, with Congestion Index of 1.592 and average velocity speed of 29.89 kmph.

Total 13 cities of Guangdong including Maoming, Shantou, Qingyuan, Guangzhou, Zhongshan and etc were in the list. 

By the end of March this year, Zhongshan has 1.3454 million vehicles, producing 761.2 thousand (vehicle-times) daily traffic flow.
