The 4th Family Culture Festival was launched on May 11, in which the 2019 Top 10 Most Beautiful Families in Zhongshan were revealed. Liu Lanni, an inspector from Guangdong Women's Federation, and Guo Huibing, Vice Chairman of CPPCC Zhongshan Municipal Committee, attended the event and awarded certificates to award-winning families.

The Top 10 Most Beautiful Families include the family of a policeman who diligently serves in an honest and devoted manner, the family of a barber who serves village folks for decades, and etc. These families relate stories of family virtues and cultures in their daily lives.

It is reported that at the 4th Zhongshan Family Culture Festival, there were more than 800 activities including family education, volunteer and charity, family entertainment, sports and fitness events, and culture and art events, which served as a platform for family communication and sharing to impart family concepts of health, happiness and civilization.
