Zhongshan candidates of conscription had physical check-up at the Torch Development Zone Hospital on August 2.

The city conscript check-up started on August 1. More than 1,500 young people from different towns and districts and universities and collages across Zhongshan will undergo the medical examination at the Torch Development Zone Hospital in batches.

The physical check-up will last until August 14. Candidates who have passed the check-up are required to undergo political assessment, interview and investigation and other procedures before recruitment. After the pre-service training, the recruits will be delivered from early September.
