The second council of the Zhongshan Youth Federation of Overseas Chinese (ZSYFOC) was inaugurated at the King Century Hotel on November 9. More than 300 members of the Federation gathered to discuss the development plan for overseas Chinese youths. 

Koo Yuen Kim, Lee Kwan Ho, Yu Zhiyong, Ng Kit Chong, Huang Qijun and Un Kin Kuan were appointed as honorary presidents at this inaugural ceremony.

In addition, the plaques for honorary president, honorary vice president, adviser, executive vice president, vice president, secretary-general, deputy secretary-general were presented at this ceremony. Awards for contribution, active participation, outstanding members, charity and fraternity were equally presented.

Established 5 years ago, the ZSYFOC has now grown into an important overseas Chinese organization in Zhongshan.
