The 2019 East District Public-benefited Shopping Festival was launched by the East District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology along with the East District Bureau of Culture, Sports and Education on the morning of November 16,

The event unites businesses in East District to offer coupons worth 1.69 million yuan. Citizens, who follow the official WeChat account of East District (ID: zsdqfb), can get public-benefited coupons, direct reduction coupons for cars, and book coupons at noon every day to benefit from consumption discount rates.

A total of 10 department stores, 12 auto stores and 3 book stores participated in the festival.
