The Guangdong Enterprises Federation and the Guangdong Entrepreneurs Association released the 2019 Guangdong "Good Employers" List at the 2019 Guangdong Entrepreneurs Exchange Conference on November 21, with 120 Guangdong companies included.

There were 84 best employers in Guangdong Province in 2019, including Zhongshan-based companies Perfect (China) Co Ltd and ZHS Beautiful Urban and Rural Areas Sanitation Group Co Ltd. There were another 36 good employers, including Baishun Catering Management Service Co Ltd from Zhongshan.

According to its organizers, these companies are of outstanding performance in terms of legal employment, compensation and welfare, training, humanistic care, brand building and steady development.

The 2019 White Paper of Guangdong Enterprises' Performance of Employer Responsibilities was also released during the conference.
