The Government Management Research Institute of Beijing Normal University, Management Decision Evaluation Research Center of Jiangxi Normal University and Social Science Literature Publishing House Academic Press (China) recently hosted the 9th Management Decision Efficiency Evaluation Seminar in Beijing and released the 2019 China Local Government Efficiency Ranking Report.

Guangdong ranks 4th among China's "Top 10 Highest Efficiency Provinces" for 2019, while Zhongshan ranks 29th among "Top 100 Highest Efficiency Cities" and 4th in Guangdong.

This is the 9th consecutive publication and release of China Local Government Efficiency Research Report. Based on the interactive relationship between the business environment and the local government efficiency, and in combination with the reality of the local government's performance of duties and modernization of governance, the report improves the corresponding index system and makes measurements and analysis.

From the research report, it is not difficult to find that Zhongshan has been committed to creating a favorable, legal business environment for the development of private enterprises. Especially in the past two months, Zhongshan's confidence and determination to "revive Zhongshan's economic power" have become increasingly accepted by citizens.
