October 26 will mark the 27th Sanitation Workers' Day in Guangdong Province. From October 19 to October 26, a series of activities giving "Tribute to Urban Environmental Workers and Co-building a Civilized and Beautiful Homeland" will be held, including carnivals and events showing appreciation for sanitation workers.

The Sanitation Workers' Day Carnival, one of the highlight activities, will be held in Zimaling Park on October 25. It will include a parade of sanitation vehicles, a local cultural performance, a garbage sorting garden party, a theme cultural show, and etc.

Sanitation workers will be commended at the cultural show, and there will be a wonderful light show. Famous actor, director, producer and host Zhang Guoli will attend the show on that day, and citizens can enjoy the show for free.
