Xinhaichi, the world-class 238-seat aluminum alloy high-speed passenger ship that was built by Aulong Shipbuilding Co Ltd, on October 27 set sail from Shenwan, Zhongshan to Zhuhai to be put into use.

Xinhaichi is designed with a total length of 42.1 meters and a molded breadth of 10.6 meters. It can carry 238 passengers and can reach a speed of 36 knots. The ship is propelled by jet pumps and features a fast speed, strong resistance to stormy waves, high safety, and comfortable design.

After delivery, Xinhaichi will serve the waterway passenger line from Jiuzhou Port in Zhuhai to Hong Kong, providing more convenient and comfortable transportation services to passengers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
