In recent years, with the improvement of the national conscription policies, there have been many cases of a second enlistment in various places. A young man from Banfu Town, Zhongshan has successfully joined the army for the second time recently and was commended.

Wu Zhaokang, born in February 1999, came from Guangfu Village, Banfu Town. After graduating from Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic in 2017, he joined the army and served as a compulsory serviceman for two years.

Last year, Wu returned to the military base he had been yearning for to continue his military dream. "I miss the army life very much. In my mind, I often recall images of training, living and learning with my comrades. So, I hope I can return to the military base again and continue growth there."

During the training in the recruit company, Wu was named "2020 Excellent Recruit". He said that after returning to the military camp, he would try to learn more skills and improve himself.
