The Cycling Track Women's Madison event of the 14th National Games was held on September 13 in Luoyang, Henan Province. Zhongshan athletes Zeng Luyao and Shao Dan won the silver medal with 24 points. Sichuan took the gold medal and Shandong won the bronze.

This was the second time that Zeng and Shao played in the National Games. They won fifth place in Women's Team Pursuit for Guangdong at the 13th National Games, and won the championship in the Women's Madison Championship finals in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province in 2019.
