The Zhongshan People's Government announced on December 1 that the minimum monthly wage for full-time workers in Zhongshan will be increased to 1,900 yuan, and the minimum hourly wage for part-time workers will be increased to 18.1 yuan.

After raising the minimum wage, the minimum monthly salary deposit base of housing fund will also be adjusted accordingly. For workers who open a housing fund account after December 1, 2021, the minimum monthly salary deposit base shall not be less than the minimum monthly wage. For those who had opened an account before December 1, 2021 and the monthly salary deposit base is less than 1,900 yuan, no adjustment is needed, and the deposit base will be the same as their annual average monthly salary of the previous year.
