The IOC executive board meeting in Lausanne announced the decision of reallocating the Tokyo 2020 men's 4x100m bronze to the Chinese relay team.

There are six possible ways for the Chinese team, composed of Su Bingtian, Xie Zhenye, Wu Zhiqiang and Tang Xingqiang, to accept the late medals.

Once the winners confirm how they will recieve the medal, the IOC, together with the National Olympic Committee, will hold a ceremony within one year (unless they choose to receive the medals at the next Olympic Games) to reallocate the medals.
