The key giving ceremony for "Happy Home for Talented People" was first held in Torch Development Zone on the morning of March 30.

It is reported that Zhongshan will implement the "Talented People Housing Project" and provide high-quality and abundant housing and preferential house-renting policies to enhance sense of achievement and happiness of talented people. Specifically, the "Happy Home" in Torch Development Zone has a construction area of 24,000 square meters and a total of 15 floors, which can accommodate more than 400 people. This building is equipped with green space, peripheral squares, parking lots, basketball courts, supermarkets, and a service center.

"The 'Happy Home' is only about 4km away from my workplace. It will not only solve my housing concerns, but also save time to find and change suitable housing, so that I can better concentrate on my work." Xu Mingzhi, deputy technical director of Zhongshan Health Links Biotechnology Co Ltd, received a house key as a representative of talented people in Zhongshan.

On the same afternoon, a key giving ceremony was also held for "Happy Home for Talented People" in Henglan Town.

It is reported that Zhongshan attaches great importance to introduction and cultivation of talented persons. During this year's Top Talent Networking Fair, Zhongshan promoted new policies regarding talented people, and will increase support for talent in all aspects, including housing, medical care, and children's schooling. Zhongshan will propose to improve the supply system of Happy Homes and raise funds to build 5,000 fully furnished Happy Homes so as to retain talented people.
