Tsuihang New District recently issued the Trial Measures for the Management of Apartments for Talent in Tsuihang New District of Zhongshan, which announced that talent and key enterprises in THND (including Nanlang Sub-district) can now submit entry applications for apartments for talent to the Zhongshan Greater Bay Area International Talent Port Service Center.

According to the Measures, a certain number of apartments will be assigned in THND every year to meet the housing needs of all kinds of talent. In principle, priority is given to the talent with first to seventh level credentials certified by THND. After renting an apartment, certified talent can also apply for corresponding housing subsidies. At the same time, THND will provide about 200 apartments for rent for employees of key enterprises every year.

Most apartments for talent this time are located in the West Bay National Major Instrument Science Park, equipped with customized private bathrooms, open kitchens and such home appliances as air conditioners, water heaters and washing machines to create a comfortable living space.
