The Nanlang branch of Zhongshan People's Hospital was inaugurated at Nanlang Hospital on October 9.

Founded in 1955, Nanlang Hospital is the only Grade II, Level A, public hospital in the town. As the biggest, comprehensive medical institution in Zhongshan, Zhongshan People's Hospital offers 11 provincial-level key clinical specialties. This high quality facility has also become the biggest, national, comprehensive Grade III, Level A hospital in southern Guangdong Province and the west bank of the Pearl River.

Lei Jimin, director of the Zhongshan Health Bureau, said that under the trusteeship, Zhongshan People's Hospital will improve the institutional system, medical management, service processes as well as staff rotation and training of Nanlang Hospital by offering advanced management concepts and medical techniques. Therefore, Nanlang Hospital will improve its management, medical techniques and service capacity in a comprehensive and quick manner.
