The Zhuhai Airport Urban Departure Lounge, authorized by Zhuhai Airport Management Co Ltd and operated by Zhongshan Jucheng Travel Development Co Ltd, officially opened on October 21.

The Departure Lounge, located in Guzhen Lihe Lighting Expo Center, can provide passengers with such services as round-trip ticket purchase, flight information query, boarding pass processing, baggage check-in, airport shuttle bus and customized tours. 

As of now, there are 8 shuttle buses from Zhuhai Airport to Guzhen Town per day. Booked one day in advance with ID and ticket information, passengers can enjoy free round-trip shuttle bus service during the trial operation of the Departure Lounge.

Zhuhai Airport experienced a rapid growth in passenger volume in the first half of 2019. More than 200 flights presently take off and land in the airport every day on average, reaching 50 cities across China.
