Zhongshan's first "property + public service station" opened in the Vanke Cityscape community in South District on August 31.

In order to transfer more resources, services and management power to communities, this year, South District chooses Vanke Cityscape, a community that enjoys fantastic supporting facilities and a high occupancy rate, as a pilot to build a "property + public service station". After more than three months of construction and preparation, the public service station was finally put into use.

A government self-service area has been set up inside the station, where government inquiry self-service machines, networked computers, publicity hall, lounge, and other supporting facilities are all available. In addition to property management services, citizens can also access the most immediate government services.

Currently, the station can handle 14 types of matters, including residence permit application, temporary ID card application, birth registration, points-based academic admission consultation, unemployment insurance compensation application, job searching, housing certificate processing, personal development subsidy application, and etc.
