One confirmed COVID-19 case was reported in Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan on January 13. Zhongshan activated an emergency response and started citywide mass nucleic acid testing the first time.
For several days, all citizens have made concerted efforts and actively cooperated to get sampled and screened; Party members and officials, medical staff and volunteers in Zhongshan reacted swiftly to the commands and fought day and night in the front line of epidemic prevention and control.
