The magnificent Lingdingyang Bridge resembles a dragon hovering over the sea. The Zhongshan Daily shooting crew recently climbed up to the 270-meter high catways of the Lingdingyang Bridge section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge and witnessed the majestic view of the east and west main towers soaring into the clouds as well as the left and right main cables crossing the main towers and meandering against the backdrop of the sea.

At present, the installation of the main cable strands of the Lingdingyang Bridge is expected to be completed by the end of September. Afterwards the cables will be tightened, clamped and slings will be installed along with other processes.

The right main cable of the Lingdingyang Bridge is erected.

It takes about 2 hours to pull up a single cable strand.
