The 62nd Annual Meeting of Biophysical Society was held in San Francisco, USA on February 17 to 21, the second to sixth day of Chinese New Year. A CAS (China Academy of Sciences) innovation team led by overseas returnee Dr Hung Shaohui participated in the event for business opportunity.

“Top biologists and physicists from the world gather at the world’s largest biophysical meeting. This is the first time for us to join the meeting. We hope to find target customers.” Said Dr Huang.

Dr Huang, whose ancestral home was in Xiaolan of Zhongshan, has been living in USA for more than 20 years and finished post-doctoral research in Cornell University. He is one of the “Outstanding Introduced Technical Talents” of CAS and member of Institute of Biophysics, CAS.

In January 2017, CAS Aohui Technology Co Ltd coordinated by Dr Huang was established in Tsuihang New District of Zhongshan. In the past year, the company has completed the GMP-standard factory in addition to made progress in new products R&D.
