The result of The 2017 Maker Contest of Guangdong Province sponsored by Department of Education of Guangdong Province came out recently. All 35 works from Zhongshan city won prizes in the contest.

Six works won the “Special Award”. They were “Voice-controlling Love Wheelchair” of Shiqi Zhongxin Primary School, “Mental Calculation Trainer” of East District Boyuan Primary School, the 3D printing-based “Steins 4.0 Humanoid Fingerspelling Robot” and “Building Cleaning Robot” of Zhongshan Experimental Secondary School, “Smart Windowsill Protection System” of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School and “Multifunctional Lathe Spanner” of Zhongshan NO.1 Secondary Vocational School.
