During The 4th Military-Civil Integration High-tech Equipment Expo, Zhongshan-based company Uniwatt Technology signed a cooperation agreement with subordinate unit of China North Industries Group Corporation Limited (NORINCO Group).

Responsible person of Uniwatt Technology said experts of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation had come to the booth for understanding of the company’s product distribution and R&D progress. They also expressed admiration and support for the company’s independent innovation and customized development.

Reportedly, Uniwatt Technology is a national high-tech company specialized in advanced compound semiconductor manufacturing. After 7 years’ independent research and development, the company has broken up the monopoly of foreign companies in the field of space battery chip and realized localization of efficient space battery chip.
