“Hongxing Innovation Valley” Original Lighting Design Park opened on November 11 on the site of former Guzhen Century Lighting Tower. It marked the first lighting market building in Guzhen had been transformed into a pioneer park.

“Hongxing Innovation Valley”, which costs 10 million yuan in renovation, was transformed from an old building by well-known designers. Ten years ago, the building started business as a lighting market which not only generated a considerable rental income, but also gave a good example to surrounding businesses.

Deng Qiuping, CEO of “Hongxing Innovation Valley”, said after the renovation, floor 1-3 of the building will be the lighting exhibition halls, floor 4-7 will be offices for designers, and floor 8-10 will be launching and exhibition areas for original design and new product. “Hongxing Innovation Valley” not only provides designers and entrepreneurs with a “green plant”-themed workspace, but also creates industrial service chains for original lighting products.
