The “Dechuang Smart Valley” Zhongshan Industry-education Integration Demonstration Base cum QST Base in Greater Bay Area opened on the morning of November 18. A total of 6 institutions including professional vocational training provider QST, Alibaba Cloud Computing, National Pilot Software Engineering Services Association and Software College of Jishou University signed up to settle in the smart valley.

Alibaba Cloud Computing, QST and Management Committee of Torch Development Zone also signed strategic cooperation agreement. The three sides will jointly build industrial technology training platform, subordinate colleges of universities, industrial research institutes and talent training bases in Torch Development Zone.

Dechuang Smart Vally is located in the industrial center of Torch Development Zone. It is engaged with talent training for new generation of information technology, medicine health and high-end equipment manufacturing industries in Zhongshan with its complete human recourse chain, education chain, innovation chain and industrial chain.
