The 2018 China Industrial Internet Conference (CIIC2018), directed by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and People’s Government of Guangdong Province and sponsored by Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Communications Administration, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and Alliance of Industrial Internet, ended on November 23.

More than 2,000 industrial internet companies and manufacturing enterprises attended the conference. Four enterprises shared their stories during the “SMEs’ Digital Transformation” session. Zhongshan-based Guangdong A-Link Energy Equipment Co Ltd, one of the four, told the story titled “Energy Equipment and Mushroom IOT”.

Reportedly, A-Link Energy Equipment is an independent manufacturing enterprise specialized in R&D, design, production and sales of energy-saving air compressors and compressed-air system energy-saving solutions. The company has marketed its system energy-saving solutions to 13 provinces and autonomous regions across the country through “contracted energy management program”, and helps its clients save up to 116 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, which is equivalent to saving 46,000 tons of coal.
