Two intelligent robots called "Xiaoman" officially settled in Xiaolan Public Service Center a few days ago.

With white body and big eyes, the robots are more than half a man high and wearing blue "uniform hats".

Hearing "Hello, Xiaoman", the robots will provide the speaker with window information and location, service instructions, and even weather conditions on request. Citizens can also check window guidance, service instructions, center news, complaints and suggestions on the screen on each robot's chest.

Xiaoman can also interact with citizens, including chatting and playing music.

Some said they could quickly find the correct service window under the guidance of the smart robots.

For a long time, Xiaolan Town has been boosting the construction of Zhongshan Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Demonstration Zone and industrial upgrading. The two smart robots in Xiaolan Public Service Center are the new products independently developed by local company LONON Electric Co Ltd.

The robots are reported to be in the debugging phase and can be communicated with only Mandarin for now. New functions including free parking registration, cross-department service guidance and queuing ticket issuing will be added to them in the future.
