Lin Shoujin, General Manager of Zhongshan Mltor Intelligent Equipment Co Ltd, has been particularly busy recently. He is working hard to promote a new round of technological research and development while focusing on production.

Mltor is a high-tech company that develops and produces industrial automation and control equipment. Its products have entered more than 20 countries, such as the United States, Japan, South Korea and so on. These products have been applied in aerospace, equipment and other sectors. Lin Shoujin is the head of the company and the leader in technology research and development. He was named Needed High-Level Talent for Zhongshan Comapnies (Level 7) in 2017.

Recently, Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the 2018 assessment results of Needed High-Level Talent for Zhongshan Companies.  67 people were rated from Level 5 to Level 8 talents. Lin Shoujin was again on the list and was upgraded from Level 7 to Level 5.

Zhongshan started assessing Needed High-Level Talent for Zhongshan Companies since 2005. It is one of Zhongshan's innovative measures to introduce and cultivate high-level talents, which is different from the previous way of identifying talents by focusing on educational background and professional titles. It rather focuses more on ability and performance results.

Over the past four years, Zhongshan has named 408 Needed High-Level Talents for Zhongshan Companies. Judged from the assessment results, talents from strategic emerging industries including high-end equipment manufacturing, information technology and health medicine, such as Lin Shoujin, are continuously increasing thereby accounting for more than 60% of the total number of talents in the past two years. (from Nanfang Daily)
