South District and Hong Kong Goldford Business Inc on June 5 signed a strategic cooperation agreement, according to which the South District International Youth Technology Innovation Valley (IYTIV), an innovation and entrepreneurship base for young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, is scheduled to go operational in late August.

Based in the Wing On Garden City Business Center, the first phase of IYTIV will cover an area of 2,400 square meters. It is committed to incubation and entrepreneurship acceleration in such technological industries as industrial design, intelligent manufacturing, cultural creativity, technological agriculture, big data and others.
