September is the national quality month. Consequently, Zhongshan organized a series of activities such as quality publicity and quality open day. Among them, 85 above-scale enterprises were organized for the training of CQO, and 10 of them were selected as the key enterprises in the first stage.

Chen Yinshan, CQO of Guangdong Jongtay Group, said that since the CQO system was launched in June 2019, the company's quality management potential has been uncovered, and all departments and links in quality management are interconnected in a smoother manner.

According to Huang Jian, leader of NCA Group, several colleagues in the company were certified as CQO as early as 2017. After the CQO system was launched in August this year, a professional team came to coach the company, in a bid to form a systematic framework of quality management personnel and management system, and integrate standard operations into the CQO system.

According to the Three-year Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Industrial Products in Zhongshan City (2018-2020) formulated by the Zhongshan People's Government, no less than 50% of the above-scale industrial enterprises in Zhongshan will have their own CQOs by 2020.
